What We Do
This is not a social club. We don’t just meet for a beer and complain about the footy.
The Forge is a structured environment designed so that you can achieve Arete (Excellence).
- Confidentiality: What is said in the Forge stays in the Forge. It is a sealed container.
- The Hot Seat: Every member gets their turn to bring a real-world problem to the group. We don’t offer sympathy; we offer strategy and challenge.
- Accountability: We set targets. We check in. If you say you’re going to do something, we ensure you do it.
